Chelsea are a rich team and almost all of those players won't find space. Conte is fine dining now and only cares about winning every game and accolades, not about blooding youth players. If he has a chance to go for a PL record or giving some kid a game at the end of the season he'll go for the record. Honestly, the club can talk about it all it wants but Chelsea has proven to be one of the absolute worst places for young players to come through, and Conte will only play them if they can immediately contribute to the first team.

Willian - let me tell you this. One of the most frustrating players I've watched since being a Chelsea fan. And believe me I've seen a lot of players come and go at this football club.
You probably know about Mourinho's borderline obsession with players having to track back all the time. Well Willian was his darling. Along with Oscar. This two supposed attacking midfielders are better at breaking down the play and putting a shift in defence rather than creating something in the attacking areas. Willian, for all his talent, is shocking in the final third - no creativity, no end product, slows the game down and I swear to you it takes him 30 seconds before trying to figure out what to do. Pass, dribble, cross. This two, Willian and Oscar, are two of the biggest enigmas in world football, the most "un-Brazilian" Brazilian players I've ever seen in my life. They are now on the bench and long it may continue. No one misses them. There is no wonder that team has started to click once Oscar, Willian, Ivanovic, Fabregas, Terry were dropped.

Willian is no way a free kick specialist. He's exactly like Liverpool's Coutinho. You can't consider Coutinho a long distance goalscorer either - he scores a long ranger in every 30 attempts. That's Willian as well - scores the ott freekick after misplacing the previous 20. Also his corner kick ability is terrible. Ask every Chelsea fan about this and they are all going to talk to you about how the ball always hits the first man.

Daylight robbery if we can get at least 70m for these two (Oscar and Willian).

I honestly hope he looses the league by a single point to Liverpool after leading the table for at least a month by 10+ points. Kinda like how Allegri's Milan was leading the table and they gave us the title.

Letting aside the fact that he's won me over in a short amount of time and I might be biased when it comes to him from now on, but frankly he's got a point here. The Italian league has become a one horse race, your club is on a completely different level from the football being played there. I think you lot you'd win the league with ease even if you'd play your youth in most of the rounds. There is simply no other team to put you any problems - the Milan clubs are a joke, Lazio and Fiorentina are never going to win the league as long as your club is still there, Rome I think they are a joke, too and then there is Napoli a decent club, but can they really keep up the pace? No way if you ask me. Look at last season, you lot have had an abysmal start and Napoli were cruising with Higuain at helm and had God knows how many points ahead of you. But then you went on that tremendous winning streak and topped them in the end. The fact that you lot made it to the 1st place for the first time that season only by February I think it speaks volumes. No matter how good others are, you will always find a way to win this league because you are too good for it. It's as simple as that.

You should aim for Champions League right away although as a neutral I think that you cannot win it this year because of your midfield. You have a world class defence and two wonderful players up front in Higuain and Dybala. But that midfield... meh. You miss an enforcer like Vidal and Pirlo's genius. The current set of midfielders you lot have simply does not struck me as a Champions League winning one. But if you work on that next summer there is no reason why you can't challenge for the big title.

You should aim higher because you've come to a level where you must demand more from this club. Look at Tottenham for example - their inbred fans brag about how big their club is, but everytime they choke they have nothing to say about it and try to act as if it's something normal. That's mediocrity for me. Spurs are the only club that can finish third in a two horse race. Last season they fought Leicester for the league title, the Foxes won it in the end but guess what - Spurs fans were happy for finishing third and going back to Champions League football in one of the worst PL seasons of all time. No, it's not good, you fight fecking Leicester City for the league title and then you settle for less? A Champions League spot? Feck that. You did not fight Chelsea, City, United for the league title, you fought Leicester fecking City.

Now they are out already from Champions League group stages, but they are cool about it. At least they got to play there. Inbred morons. Small club mentality.

I think this is what Conte's trying to say. Maybe it's a dig at your club as well, won't deny it, but you can't say that he's not telling the truth. Your club is way too big now to hide behind an Italian league title.

Spot on "X". You can't say anything about the leg against Bayern. One of world's best clubs managed by definitely the best manager in business. I agree the following season and the early exit can be atttributed to him SOMEHOW. I have watched most of the matches in that group and frankly is Conte to blame entirely for that? Juventus have missed tons of chances against Galatasaray and the Danish club. Had they converted at least 30% of that chances you'd have been through by a big difference of points to be fair. They say a manager's job is to get his team at 20m close to the opposite goal, the rest is on player's talent and decision in the final third.

Another thing I do not agree with some of your fans is the hatred towards Conte regarding the next Champions League campaign in which you've managed to get to the Final. Yes, always great to have your team playing with the trophy on the table, but is it really a historic achievement only to be in the Final. Not for me as long I am concerned. Winners are always remembered, losers not that much. For example right at this moment we all know Arsenal have finished behind Leicester last season, but will it be the same in five years time? I don't think so. By then we'll all going to remember only who's finished 1st, and that is Leicester. Losers are always going to be forgotten as the time goes by.

The perfect example of a great mentality I think it is Diego Simeone. We all know he's revolutionized Atletico Madrid as a whole, has given a new dimension to the club. You would think that what he's achieved is marvelous. But not for him because he always wants more and more. Spanish media has found that Diego Simeone has confessed to his family and his close friends that for him, the fact that he's lost two Champions League finals, is a total failure and he'll always be remembered in the history books as the manager that has failed to win the trophy twice while managing the Madrid club. No one cares that you've managed to go all the way and reach the Final, the last thing you will be remembered for is that you've lost it. Plain and simple. This is why, for me personally, getting knocked out in the quarter finals or reaching the Final and losing it is kind of the same thing.
