That's why I said it. Transfer campaign seems to be mediocre anyhow, so Diego or no Diego won't change much I'd think. As in won't make us go from title contenders to outsiders, cause we're not that anyway.
And this sale is completely void of logic.
But losing a player like Diego could be the difference between CL or not. We're not going to win the title this year, but there's a ton of money at stake... money we desperately need to build a title contender.
Selling Diego at a loss, like you said, would be ridiculous.
I don't see why you bother arguing with someone who doesn't even watch Juve matches though, Dusan.
This is of paramount importance. If a person doesn't watch matches, they can't be expected to accurately comment about a players quality, or his importance to the current team.
What the fuck is up with all of the vitriol here??
Seriously?
This is only football, for fuck's sake.
Idiot, douche, fuck face. I've seen all that, and a lot worse just over the last few hours.
Chill the FUCK out!!
Its football. A game. Remember?
Amen, brother. Shit is nasty around these parts.
this Juve has so far shown nothing extraordinary, the only difference is that we have better runners in the team.
This Juventus has 7 new players (with at least 2 more on the way - maybe more), and a new coach who's employing a totally different tactical system. A little patience might be in order, wouldn't you think?
he still does it all by himself, yet again it's him and Amauri battling the whole defense alone like last year.
our most recent match was a clear example of that.
What was most clear to me last match, was how much better we looked in the second half... specifically after Diego and Amauri entered the match. This has generally been the case for the entire preseason.
Lets wait and see how the team looks by the end of the mercato. Selling Diego for only 15m is a stupid move anyway but I really think many more things are going to happen in the coming days.

There's nothing else that we can do. Suck it up, and hope that they do more good than bad in the remaining week or so... Diego's sale might not even go through. Thank god this Mercato is almost over.
I still can't believe we're going to move this player at 20M. It would be a very, very poor decision in my opinion. He is easily our most influential offensive player (with all due respect to our beloved captain), and I believe that he's been adapting well in his transition to SS.
I also really though that with Aquilani and Krasic coming in, if we could have upgraded the defense with a proper LB, we were a freaking lock for a top 4 finish and a decent performance in Europa (even if Aquilani likely won't be eligible). Now things are more complicated... we'll have to see how this all winds up.
We just have so many question marks right now, it's ridiculous.
