I hope all of them will go down soon. My prediction is that Algeria is the next candidate.

I love how Layla on Aljazeera is so happy.

Well, I just watched on TV the new president, Mohammad Al-Ghannoshi.

I'm so disappointed because it seems the game is not over yet there as this idiot was the prime minister since 1999. If he is a good guy, he would not have accepted being the prime minister for that black period.

I hope tunisians will be so aware that this is still a game.

He's only going to be the president for a temporary period of time though, isn't he?

I'm sure the Tunisians will not accept any president from the 7ezb al-tajamo3 el dostoory al-demoqra6y

To be honest, I do not think they chose the good guy to succeed that idiot as both of them are criminals that were participating in murdering the people of Tunisia.

But Reb, the Tunisian constitution says that if for any reason the president cannot perform his duties as president, the wazeer awal is the one that takes his place, at least temporarily. So it's natural that Ghanoushi would become the temporary president, at least for the time being, whats important is what happens after that. There is no way that Ghanoushi will hold his place for a long time, the 100+ people that got killed in the past week did not die in vain hopefully.

I hope you are right, but I feel so pessimistic after what I saw on Tv.

The crimes of 23 years should not go without any punishment.

thats how ben ali got to power fred, i dont know i feel optimistic i dont think they should worry bec they've done it once they can do it again. i dont know for how long this temp gov will remain before they have elections but usually it takes 6 months and then they have elections and they go on from there.

no one gets punishment now reb, if memory serves me right when chile had the same scenerio's toke years before they managed to do that. i cant remember the name of there dictator now he was famous when i was in high school and he fled to spain it toke years until they managed to get him back. the important thing now is he left them be, he fled and its expected. it will be interesting to see where things go now regarding tunis bec this is where it all comes down too if u ask me. look at iraq for instance and sure iraq has very different circumstances but this is how it can go either its the beginning of good thngs eg romania or poland or horribly wrong all the arab nations,

EDIT: the Chilean pres i was talking about is Augusto Pinochet

Anyway, a thief has gone and another thief is there at his place.

The interior minister who is responsible for killing the demonstrators all the previous days was beside the new president while he was speaking.

I think the Tunisian people should not go to their homes before entering the palace and arresting this idiot Ghannoushi.

as for the last statement, ben ali was nothing special compared to the shaa of iran right?? when komeni came to power the us could'nt help the shaa in the end he fled to cairo. so they have to say this. t
