Both r not for sale this summer. Next year different story.

Sancho ll cost more than 150m€ and Havertz ll go to Bayern next summer my guess is around 100m€

If he has a big year then his transfer cost would be a higher as would his salary which is why I'd push for the transfer now. I would try to add him now and start building with the future in mind while the team still has Ronaldo to guide the young players on the club. If we lock up a number of promising youngsters we can add some older vets on cheaper transfer deals to balance out the roster with quality vets and high end skilled youngsters.

The thing is, this transfer window will be costly as it is, even if we sell Dybala/Pjanic for big bucks. Midfield and defense are still a work in progress and the attack is the last thing we should be focusing at. But rest assured that if we want Felix, Paratici and Mendes will have some kind of agreement to get it done for next summer. Thanks. If he's pretty much a guarantee to come next season then it maybe best to shore up the midfield and defense now and let him have another season to get stronger and more experience before he makes the jump.
