Sensational game...was shocked when seeing DP headbutting Palla..we're leading 4-0 by that time, take a easy Captain! Maybe he's eager to prove himself to Ranieri and Don...but he is really a super sub...=) maybe he can start one or two games and use him more of a sub role...i want him to start against Milan and see how he flares...when a player is on fire, should give him more time to play...
regarding penalty...i think it's fair for DP to take it..coz he's our pk taker..if dp is not on the pitch, then Nedved can take it, simple as that..i don;t understand what's there to argue about??
anyway, let's hope we hunt down MIlan....
Forza Juve!!

Wow, I didn't realize Palermo were that high in the standings. They seriously played shitty today, but I have to applaud them for their sportsmanship. Juve v Palermo has been the friendliest match I've seen this season.

Molinaro - 4
Lost possession too easily I thought. He didn't really look confident in his passes. He was dissapointing today for me, but he is all we have for the time being.

Criscito - 4.5
Average. As most of our defense, he had little to do. Never really got going and made a few bad errors. I hope he improves with age.

Legrottaglie - 4.5
He assisted Trez for his goal but I wasn't too sure on is performance. There was no bother to him but if there was I wouldn't have been convinced he got to the ball cleanly.

Zebina - 4
Who hushed him up? He was like a mouse, nothing like the Zebina I want to see who bombs forward making strong tackles and runs. I like the noisy Jonathan.

They stop Palermo's attack, keep the cleansheet.

IF I DIDN'T watch the game, I will feel our defense was humiliated by Palermo with this rating

they should be rewarded rating 6-7 at scale 10.

despite the scoreline, i don't think juve played that well tonight. i was especially disappointed with the midfield, they don't really have much creativity in terms of passing and distribution. i really wish we have someone like zidane (i saw a bit of that with tiago against parma 2 wks ago). we were lucky because palermo played absolutely terribly and it was good that we punished them for that. but really, if we want to stand up to the big guys in the league (let alone those in champs league next season), we really need to learn how to play like a big club. i think we have great strikers and great goalkeeper. we need a bit better defenders, but we definitely need a LOT more creativity!! that's my two cents from this game.

i don't understand, why don't we play tiago more often? the past two times he came on as subs, he played exceptionally well, was instrumental in turning the results around and more importantly, brought a much-needed spark of creativity to our midfield.

It seems that Ranieri plays Tiago just when we're a goal down or two. :D

Great result , no one even expected it , i dont know juve were that strong or palermo was so weak , i hope trez and iaquenta always start and dp to play in the second half , he is more effective this way , i dont know what happened between dp and paladino ?? nedved was the MOM for me , he kept running till the end even if he did not score.forza juve.

You say that when in the text it says "he had little to do". Palermo had no attacks.

are you serious?

Our defense was good today. They weren't under pressure but whenever they were they handled it well.

molinaro made a number of good runs. He did give the ball away a few times in the first half but nothing to serious. hell cammo gave the ball away to.

criscito was solid except for one mistake. He gave amuari to much room for an open off balanced header. He made a number of great tackles stopping the palermo attack.

Whenever legro was under pressure he made great plays. He wasn't pressure to much so I don't know what you seen today to make you nervous or unsure of his performance. No one beat him, no was unmarked, he even helped out zebina a couple of times on the right.

Zebina was great today. He made a bunch of great runs going forward. He's a lot better than grygera going forward.

Please tell me how you came up with your ratings?
Ill be honest, it looks harsh, but aren't these the ratings that players start off with at the beggining of the game, and then they get deducted and added points, according to their performance?

very good game by the boys this morning. Just a few points here and there

- Both the center of midfield and defense was very good, although Palermo didn't show up but still there were a lot of good players that could've caused a lot of problems. The containment by our players was grade A as we denied them any chance to breathe in the middle and final third.

-i understand why CR didn't bring in Tiago as the midfield pairing was playing "too good" of a game imo .

-Molinaro, i liked how Swag put it. The guy has the abilities but plays with half a brain. I dont like that he didn't improve since the beginning of the season. But i guess he didn't make any major mistakes and thats an improvement on the past performances.

-Neddy, a while ago i said i wouldn't change my avatar until he plays a good game and i think its time. I just hope he keeps his form as playing like that is just inspirational.

-CR, i liked his tactics. Giving both neddy and camo a lot of freedom is the right way to go. It doesn't matter what tactic you play its how you deploy the players on the field and that is the best way to go imo. But still every time we lost the ball they were in their wing positions defending  to him on.
