Everytime we win by high scoring result like this one vs. palermo most of members think we won because our opponent played bad and not because we played good.

I know Molinaro gets a lot of stick here but I think he's decent and yesterday, his runs were dangerous
Yeah but his crosses are total crap though. It's frustrating because he puts in so much effort and millage each game. He should stay behind after training and improve his delivery.

Good recaps and ratings from everyone here...its hard to disagree with any of it (except for the 4.5 and 5 ratings that someone gave our defense)

Truth be told, Palermo never got into the game...the entire first half saw us dominating the play and possession- something that I havent seen enough of from us thi season. It seemed like we could do everything we wanted out there, except score...but that eventually changed with all the pressure we gave them.

Our midfield combo of Zanetti and Nocerino controlled the center of the field and Neddy and Camo ran riot on the Palermo midfield and defense.....and speaking of defense, ours held up pretty well...Legro and Criscito did a good job when called upon, Molinaro wasnt too bad (but still needs work), and we arent talking about Zebina today for the wrong reasons.

Trez showed lots of movement, and showed how deadly he is in the box, while Iaquinta is one of the only forwards I've even seen who actually tracks back a bit, and chases down the opposition player with the ball.

DP showed why he is still on top of the world with an inspired display, and one helluva free kick.

I have to give my MOM to Neddy. For all of us who think he's past his prime, he really showed up yesterday, and showed glimpses of the past. All he was missing was a goal

Lets see if we can take this momentum into next weeks game with Milan

Iaquinta's Grinta is amaizing, like u said i never saw a forward who chases the oponnent defenders & midfielders in every ball, the guy keep running like a mad cow everywhere on the pitch, everyday I admire the guy even more,he compensates his lack of skills with his great physical abilities which is smthing i respect.
forza Iaquinta

I give my MOM to Neddy aswell, great display reminded me of the old days, hope he continues like this.

what a confidence booster this was to Criscito, eh? The kid was very good at the back and his true potential is showing.

and what was up with Trez? Guy was drifting to the sides alot. and he actually had 2 decent crosses in the box which found our players. What next Tez dribbles past 2 players?

good performance and a great way to head to Milan.

TBH, I never liked the fact that many fans thought Pavel was finished. The thing is, when Pavel or Ale don't performe good or aren't in their good shape people start saying they're finished just because of their age. And I find that pathetic and very lame and even immature.

Anyway, I must say we got used to them....But thank god, both of them Ale and Pavel keep proving critics wrong about them.

and I agree, Pavel was MOM by miles.

That was the moment of the match for me. He controlled the ball, ran with it and put in a (decent) cross. I was rubbing my eyes to make sure I was awake. Surreal stuff. :D
