Inter offered 40ml apparently.
Apparently. And Inter spending that much on 1 player, can't imagine it.
Apparently, we were also only paperwork away from Draxler or from Aguero or Dzeko in the past.
40MEuro for a gamble on the kids potential; is just too much, especially considering we, apparently, didn't want to offer a few millions more for a player like Draxler who has proven more IMO.

I surely hope Dybala will prove he is worth the money, but I still feel it was too much.

I'd rate it as low as 3/10

---------------------------------------------------

++Very happy about Dybala and Alex Sandro, i think the prices are fine (looking out the window and seeing crazy s#!? going on like the prices martial and sterling).

++Cuadrado doesn't fit the system, but he's really strong, so that is a good deal actually

+Rugani and Lemina are prospects, thats also great.

-Fine with Tevez and Pirlo, home sickness and elevated age

--Llorente for free, Mandzu for 19m, Zaza for 18m... why!?

---absolutely disappointed with Vidal. He was the heart and lung in our squad. How on earth can he be sold for 37m and not even be replaced properly!?
Khedira... i never liked him, he is nowhere the quality of Arturo.

---------------------------------------------------

The fact is, that we are weaker than last season. After reaching a CL final and getting tons of cash... Definitely not what you have to expect from a top tier team.
I'm all about getting new young players to the team, but IMO they need to be integrated slowly alongside experienced top class players.

I'm really afraid that the atmosphere and the team spirit got lost quite a bit.
Motivators like tevez and vidal are gone, instead we now got manzukic and hernanes.
Pogba is still a little boy (see his behavior against roma) and moratas mood hasn't been the best too in the precampionato.

10/10

We lost 1 game changer like Tevez, we lost 1/2 game changer like Vidal. Both left us because they wanted to move. Nothing can be done about it. All other players that left weren't game changers.

Now we have 3 game changers - Dybala, Cuadrado and Hernanes. We've got a WC LB prospect. Lemina and Rugani are exciting. If fit Khedira is a good signing too and to me Zaza is more than good 4th choice striker. Neto is an awesome back up GK too.

Awesome and exciting mercato. Glad we didn't take Draxler. Best options for AM were KDB, Oscar, Isco, Silva, Mata and Eriksen but all were too expensive. In the end Hernanes looks like a blessing in disguise. Thank God for Draxler. :delpiero:

I think Zamp said it. Would you have preferred we penny pinch and then potentially miss out on the player?

I would have checked for other options, 40MEuro for what the guy has showed up until now, is just too much IMO.
Especially if Palermo says Inter of all teams would pay that much, that has 0 credibility for me.
Surely Marotta had time to do some double research in time when he was dealing the Dybala transfer.

They bought Kondogbia for 40m

Lol, so you would have broken the bank and spend over million euro 40 on firmino and destroyed our salary structure to convince him to come to the lesser serie a, then in turn either make everybody in the squad unhappy or raise everybody's wages to even that out?

Pastore did not move
Gaitan did not move
Felipe Anderson did not move

All you wrote is fantasy football but not more.

Reading all your ineptitude makes me believe I finally found the account Alessio Secco is posting with here.
Love watching these two sour, mechanical and ice cold Germans go at each other :touched:

I have this weird feeling that if we bought Hernanes 2 weeks ago and Sandro yesterday the general rating of our mercato would go up by 2.

* Inler is better than Vidal.
*Pirlo is done.
*We are done because we didn't sign Iturbe.

Before we Judge the mercato we should give the players some time. I'd say we had a pretty good mercato overall. We can now field a strong formation with up to 6 players below the age of 25 (Sandro, Pogba, Pereyra, Sturaro, Dybala, Morata).

Wow, surprised to see so many Dybala doubters. The kid is super talented. I can't imagine it not working out unless injuries happen, or perhaps if he is forced to play as a winger.

Sorry but this proves you are clueless in what you're saying.
lol, i am the clueless one ? there is only one player that bayern paid more for and that is javi martinez. they paid us exactly the same amount as they paid bvb for fricking goetze. bayern will not pay more, because they don't obey the retard rules of EPLs overspending which all you guys want us to follow. i will just fathom the guess that our board did know enough about vidals problems and health condition (especially regarding his knee) that they thought it was a sound move to sell him for that much,

6/10. I'm optimistic we have resolved our issues in defense regarding age. If Khedira recovers and stays fit we definitely have strengthened our midfield with him. I know nothing about Lemina and do not know what positions he is able to play. I rate Dybala highly and am confident he will have his ultimate break through with us.

I never liked Mandzukic and don't see what's the point of buying him and letting Llorente leave for free. I think we could have gotten more for Vidal, but I doubt we know the whole story behind his transfer. I'm fine with Hernanes, but it was a pain to watch how we are struggling to sign an established world class player. Marotta has proven, that he cannot pull through this kind of high profile transfers. We will have to rely on young players find their way at Juventus or older ones rediscovering their game, like Hernanes.

it´s very difficult to describe the mercato 2015/2016. we lost our 3 most importent players (tevez, vidal, pirlo), and that could be a huge problem. The other problem was the "TREQUARTISTA-SAGA". We all expected Götze-Isco-OScar-Draxler, and in the end we got Hernanes. In my opinion, with a player like him, you can´t reach a champions league final again, because he can´t make the difference in a big match, like Tevez can do it. Our goal was to develop the team, but we didn´t do that. Hernanes is a good player but not world class. Therefor we are weaker than last season.

But on the other way I´m very excited about Dybala, Alex Sandro and Rugani. This guys have potential.

Zaza was waste of Money.

Let´s see how the team will do this season. I think it will be a very very difficult season. If we reach at the end the top 3, than we can be satisfied.

7 of 10 Points!!!!

the good:

+Sandro - quite expensive, but a WC LB.
+Mandzu - dont like him but always scores his goals.
+Rugani - great talent.
+Dybala - again expensive, but thats what you pay for a talent like him these days.
+Neto - for free, decent signing.
+Lemina - looks promising and was needed as marchisio backup.
+Hernanes - certainly not what everyone was hoping for, but a good player.
+Khedira - for free. not a fan, but good signing.
+Cuadrado - on loan, no brainer.
+Pirlo gone
+selling Coman

tha bad:

-selling Vidal - 37m is fair, but he simply cant be replaced.
-"selling" Llorente - wanted him out, but not for free...
-"selling" Tevez - cant be replaced, shouldnt have let him go for free.
-not getting a young quality AM
-Isla and DC still not sold.
-Zaza - nice back up...but WAY to expensive.

7/10
 you are my German brother with your opinions. Exactly how I feel. Spot on with your ratings/comments.
