Lol, Cause I come back however i damn well please thats why. You got people literally calling Pogba a 'piece of shit' but you target me out for being less than mature ?
what’s got you so worked up over people calling him a piece of shit? He left Juve after calling it a vacation and has been stinking it up at United Amauri style. Dude is washed or needs a new team

He became a big player here then left in the most disrespectful manner possible while treating this club like it was small potatoes for him. Watching him flop at United and get shit on by fans and pundits for his ego and lazy attitude has been endlessly rewarding.

Seeing Juve fans defend him or want him back here is pathetic. Long may he rot like the moneygrubbing, dabbing instagram hoe he is.

The team has to be build around him with bodyguards protecting his hiccups so that he can afford to find the time and space to make a difference otherwise he is a liability. Poor reader of the field, gets caught out of position, doesn't know when to push when to hold back and most of all low workrate at both ends. So if you want to spend 100m on him plus another 100m for two kevin costner's to baby his whitney houston ass and call a player WC when others are cleaning up his shit then more power to you.

10/10, Are you fucking insane??

Maradona in 86, Romário in 94, Zidane in 98 now THOSE were some of the 10/10 performance at a WC. Those were some of the performances that will be talked about for decades to come. Not Pogba’s. He was good but not memorable.
Man Zidane in 98 is above and beyond. Against one if the best teams ever...I remember brazil refused to warm up or something, and had this typical brazilian arrogance about them.
Zidane already knew where each and every ball would go...as he received it he was already looking up and about to release it. Never seen a player impact such an important match single handedly before or after...pogba literarily doesn't qualify to tie Zidanes shoelaces.

He did. He was the best mid on the winning team

He didn’t even get voted into the fan team of the tournament, even though he was far and away the most popular mid playing at the time. As I said, he was probably 7.5-8/10 for the tournament.

Meme player. Has a spectacular moment or two in a match when he’s in form, but walks around sucking for 90% of his time on the pitch even then.

Getting Pogba would be no different than getting Icardi. Both complete twats, both haven’t performed in the past 3 years (Pogba’s been worse), both have disgusting agents. At least Icardi isn’t Aaron Ramsey level injury prone though, unlike Pogba.

pogba didn't fuck his friend's wife, isn't a socially awkward prick, didn't threaten his own fans with murder then bragged about it in his biography he wrote at the age of 23 (lol), didn't celebrate in front of the ultras of his former club, etc. and pogba is at least a potentially world class midfielder, one we don't have at the moment.

it's a challenging wank either way, but for me, it's pogba over icardi, without a doubt.

France played with Griezmann, Mbappe, Giroud upfront, you think they had the luxury of having ine of their mids jog around and produce one or two flashy moments when hes in form? Hes their only mid to play 90mins in all their knock out games, he has defensive stats comparable to Kante ans Matuidi while being their only creative force in midfield. He was absolutely a top3 mid that tournament and it was a joke from FIFA to not include him.

At this point I just want us to sign Pogba, just to see majority of you turn into fans again if he turns to the top player he was with us, with a fresh start. All of this exaggerated hate (Icardi?)would quickly be denied or forgotten shortly after that.

The only real doubt I have about signing is if we can afford it. That's it.

Nah. He was decent, but nowhere near a top 3 mid. And he’s been complete ass for the 3 years since. But you’re one of his biggest fanbois here so wouldn’t expect you to look at him without intense bias. Same deal with me and my boy Morty. :p

I admit he's been bad a lot of times for United (a lot of times he wasn't and even had brilliant games) in the past 5 years but at that tournament? Absolutely not, he was instrumental, France don't win without him.

lol is United throwing in a time machine in that deal that will also give us prime Vidal and Marchisio? Because that’s the only way Pogba can go back to what he used to be

I didn’t say otherwise. I said he was a 7.5-8/10. That’s a good performance. 10/10 is reserved for legendary all-time great World Cup tournaments, so the guy saying that was speaking complete nonsense. He had a good tournament, but wasn’t anywhere near best player of the tournament, let alone top 5, or best mid, which was clearly Modric, and then Coutinho.

And he’s been terrible for 3 seasons at ManU, with very few moments of brilliance. Before that, sure he had more good performances, but still was certainly a flop for them.

I never claimed he was a 10/10, no one plays perfect over an entire tournament lol. Modric and Coutinho did well in the group stage, but afterwards their level dropped. Same reason i do t have Kane as the best forward despite scoring 6 goals. Knock out games are where its at, and Pogba was the best midfielder on the winners side

Didnt he have 16 goals 11 assist just 2 seasons ago? And hes been injured/sidelined a lot past 2 seasons. Where does this sucked for 3 years argument coming from

Lol. He wasn’t even close to Coutinho in that tournament overall, let alone Modric. He had a good final but was nowhere near Modric in the rest of the knockouts.

8 of those 16 goals were penalties. None of his goals or assists came against any of the other top 6 clubs, he didn’t provide a single goal or assist after the first group stage match against Young Boys in CL. He was the definition of a flat track bully that season, only performing against the scrubs. He also averaged only ~1 tackle/game and 0.6 interceptions/game that season. He played forward up the pitch, and hardly put in a shift, walking around the pitch like he was Messi or Ronaldo level... . United fans hated his attitude because he refused to track back, didn’t give any effort when United didn’t have possession, would lose the ball often pretending he was Zidane, constantly causing counterattacks, leading his team to 6th place in the league lol. He also sucked ass in their 2-0 loss to PSG in Rof16, got a red card, United beat PSG 3-1 without him, and then he also sucked hard against a mediocre Barca in the QFs, a 4-0 aggregate loss, he even got to play at his favoured AM position in the 3-0 return leg loss. His best goals+ assists season was an awful failed season for United in which the Pogba as leader of the club experiment failed spectacularly.
