How do you guys feel about this whole films in 3D thing?
Its a con. Its not good enough for its apparent general release and makes me and most of my friends incredibly motion sick when we have seen films in it, i hope it dies and goes away.

Mark Kermode discusses in it in his vlog-

Here he discusses what the future of film needs to be.

Some recent movies I watched..

Bruno - I had a higher expectation for this one, definitely inferior to Borat, but it had its moments, and overall the movie was a bit short.

Coco Before Chanel - Beautiful french little movie. One of Tautou's best performances.

The Hangover - Good laughs.

Mad, Sad & Bad - Decent movie about a family having problems.

Mesrine: Killer Instinct - Absolute class movie! Vincent Cassel, as the France's infamous public enemy during the 70s, Jacques Mesrine. There is a part 2 to follow soon.

They can get rid of 3D movies and spend that money on more visually stunning wildlife docs and show them in IMAX theaters.

I should be asleep, as I had a 12 hour day today... but then I watched Dead Ringers, and now I'm wide awake. That flick is fucked up... definitely disturbed me, which I tend to like - although it does suck that I can't sleep and have to wake up for work in 6 hours. Not all shock value either, not by a long shot... some really interesting character degeneration... the downward spiral, to the nth degree, chock full 'o psychological perversions...

Great performance by Jeremy Irons...

Certainly i :agree:

but a big :sergio: goes to American Beauty.
It had it all IMO; wonderful story, nice way of narrating, Kevin Spacy and an AWESOME ending.

If I had seen Sunset Blvd. before American Beauty though, I wouldn't have that impressed by its twisted ending I admit.

Don't you like to erase someone/something from your memory? :D

I'm a fan of Charlie Kaufman's works after all. I loved both Being John Malkovic and Adaptation as well.

I think I didn't enjoy it cause I was young at the time. I'm thinking of re-downloading and watching it again but I don't know if it's worth it.
