I saw End Of The Tour. I was a little skeptical with Jason Segel as David Foster Wallace but he genuinely did a good job. I enjoyed the film overall. Definitely an interesting insight into a fantastic writer who like most great minds was a deeply flawed individual.

Also, I'd recommend Infinite Jest too. Fantastic book
I watched this tonight. I was pretty skeptical of Jason Segel as well... expecting a misplaced "bro" performance... but wow did he ever blow me away with that performance. I had no idea the man was capable of such depth and subtlety on screen. Very impressive. Eisenberg was Eisenberg, a good, solid performance but nothing revelatory... I'm not sure how accurate the depiction of DFW was as I don't know enough about the man, and conflicting reviews seem to be polarized in that regard, but all the same, what Segel expressed, and the film itself was certainly worthwhile. 7/10

I quite liked it. It's very predictable plotwise, basically what you expect of a story about child soldiers. But it's very well done, at times almost Malick-like, and the kid in the lead role is just fantastic. Not a single false note. Idris Elba is good too, but since the whole cast consists of unknown actors, I kind of wish they would have stuck to that. Would have been even more authentic that way.

Lone Survivor - Definitely one of the better made 'modern warfare' action films I've seen recently, even it is absolutey soaked in patriotism. I suppose it's hard to avoid now.

Youth - Decent performance by Caine and Keitel, overall rather dull. Sorrentino tries too hard to make his movies feel special. His previous movie,La grande bellezza, was totally pretentious imo and not worth the oscar it received.
