Yeah it is, I read the Ichi manga afterwards too, some things should NEVER be adapted to motion picture

And yeah I seen Crows zero, first one and second one (should make a third, manga is long enough). Now this is more appropiate PG13-esque manga to motion picture adaption hehe.

Go catch it in a theatre if you can. The visuals are a huge part of the story, and the 3D is good as well. It was meant for the big screen.

I watched "The Reckoning" again today. Pretty good movie staring Willem Defoe and Paul Bettany. It's a medieval mystery which focuses on a group of traveling actors. I read the novel it was based on, titled Morality Play. The novel is excellent in its historical detail. Both are highly recommended.

The Gray was a nice survivalist movie. Anything with Liam Neeson seems to be awesome these days, except Taken 2.

The last scene in The Gray made me stand up and fist pump.
