Bozi, so you mean if it wasn't for Titanic, he would have been hugely rated by men? Men who can't get over one movie and focus on much better performances afterwards? :eyebrows:
yes,i ahve to say that in a lot of guys eyes Di Caprio was an annoying little whiny pain in the arse after that film, the press he got following that film did little to make anyone think he was a serious actor and think that he was little more than another all-american poster boy

his work in the last 10 years however has been high quality and he can only be commended for that and,of course, admired for his quality

Jasper and Andy, need to chill the fuck out, period.

The famous "if you think/believe/do something I don't believe/support, then you're and idiot/imbecile/bigot/worse than me" formula is annoying.
It's just immature (yes, I'M talking about maturity :D).

Gently remove sand from your vagina, lay back and enjoy diversity.

I happen to hate Hangover too, but maybe someone doesn't watch that many movies FFS, maybe to him it's not recycled jokes. Doesn't mean he has shitty taste.

since i'm a big fan of documentaries i just watched food inc. i can be a bit biased here but this is a really good one. its clearly laid out so people can grasp information ( even if a lot of us do know how our food is produced in mass and the tonne of issues that come with it on our health) and specially when it comes to how terms such as money, profits, mass production, marketing, lobbying, etc etc have a role in how our food is produced and in turn on our well being.

just like the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry has more power and say than governmental institutions that have the main role of protecting us and maintaining our health and well being.

my opinion about this topic has'nt changed but has been confirmed. i have the opinion that when humans interfere with how the environment works we end up being the biggest losers. example chicken growth and size. with that being said i dont mean to say all scientific progress in agriculture is evil or bad, its only when greed is the main motive for such progress do we end up paying for it on the long run.

def a movie you guys should check out.

for people who enjoy documentaries you will find a non ending list of titles here where u can watch them:

and how does watching hangover lead to that
I watched Hangover for the third time this weekend and while I was watching it I tried really hard to see those racist parts people are raving about. I found nothing. What exactly is racist in that movie, can anyone link me with some scenes?

So, anyone interested in the last movies I watched?

No? Meh, I'll mention them anyway.

The Passengers - Initial concept is intriguing & interesting enough to make a film about but the execution is below par. I feel that the focus is mostly placed on the wrong plot points. It doesn't help that you can see the big reveal (or twist) coming after about 15-20 min of film either.

Nightmare Man - Low budget, B- movie horror. Mostly boring & unoriginal. Had to laugh a few times though. Sure, those laughs were unintentional, but laughs are always welcomed.

Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back - I don't know how many times I've seen this movie, I can't get enough of it. Very entertaining & some hilarious moments.

Gomorra - Interesting Italian flick about the Camorra. Really good & quite gripping. Nice to see a maffia picture that's set in Napoli as opposed to the usual US- based stories. My only complaint is that there were so many characters / plot threads, that it became a bit difficult to follow at times.

The Wrestler - Good, even though we have all seen this story time and time again. Acting showcase for the 3 leads.
