Mostly yeah. Tho it depends on how many candidates they have for the job (narrow it down to few favourites ). In some cases they even do 3rd ones, which seems over kill.

nah 2nd interview is with hiring manager, basically 1st interview is to weed out fakers to not waste managers time

I met with HR, quality director(who'd oversee me) and production director. HR emailed me to come in and said there were some other people she'd like me to meet. I have no idea what they could be.
