We'd do better with a better coach. That's all I have to say.
I have to say that I'm not a fan of switching coaches in the middle of the season. It often has a small positive effect in the first few weeks, but nothing really changes. Coaches need to be able to build. If Ranieri fails this season, and it looks like he will, then we can look out for a new one.

ya, changing coaches anytime during a season is never a good solution. but i think ranieri will get one more season after this to prove himself. i strongly believe his future will depend on how well we do in europe before any rumors can arise about a new coach in our club

What is failure for Ranieri this season?

Early "elimination" from the title race with not so impressive Inter leading the standings, and ending up 4th will surely be a failure.
Even if we go far in, but don't win, the CL?

I agree with you on the league part, I just haven't quite decided what, overall, would constitute a failure from Ranieri.

Spaletti or Prandelli aren't better than Ranieri. In-fact I find Ranieri better than them without a doubt. Spaletti is even worse, his tactics isn't really the type I would like us to play. Playing with no Striker and conceding 7 goals to Man Utd says it all.

Prandelli on the other hand hasn't proved me why he would be a better option than Ranieri. I know they had a tough group in CL and they haven't participated since sometime now but their performance wasn't something to be impressed of, leave his tactical approach to the Bayern and Steaua matches.

It's pointless saying Ranieri should go when you don't have a better option to replace him. It would be wiser to keep someone who has worked couple of years now with our team than someone new who isn't as good as Ranieri.

Have someone watched the game in the Cup against Catania? It was Juventus best performance after the Game against Real Madrid.

And the left side was consisted of De Ceglie, in the middle was Marchisio and Giovinco playing in Nedved's position.

Ariaudo was in central defense.

So it was real, it was Juve and Ranieri was the coach and it was this last 30 days just before this shit happened.

We have created shots on goal as much as the rest of the season.

De Ceglie does not need to be good at defense. He is good at offense and he set couple of assists this season.

Nedved is too old to play so many games and tho whole of them. He should be kept for the second half after Giovinco uses all the energy from the defense. Then in the second half the last 30 minutes Nedved can outrun the defense and be much more efficient. Fergie is doing that with Gigs. That way he can use more of the old legend for longer time.

And I was wondering why it was so hard for Ranieri to give them another chance, to give them a credit after such briliant performance, to that exact team, to try to play again against Lazio. I just don't know that.

Maybe they can't repeat that in two consecutive games, we cannot assess that, I also did not know that Giovinco was injured for this last game agianst Cagliari.

Those 3 youngsters (De Ceglie, Marchisio, Giovinco) play together in the Italy U21 team and they played well.

In such pace even DP speed was OK, he was flying all over the pitch.

So that was the real Juve, as some of the players said after that, but for strange reason, it did not happened again.

If you can see it, download it and see that game... it was just fantastic, you won't believe it. I still cannot believe this is happening...

ranieri has a better core team to work with and even with that core he is not doing as well as expected. i believe spaletti or prandelli would make the most of a situation at great club like juventus and actually succeed.

its a similar train of thought with a player on a bad club, if he gets the chance to play at a good or better club than he will truly shine - i feel the same applies for these coaches

Spalletti reborned Roma actually. They sucked with Voeller and Del Neri while he changed a lot and made them look decent.

Those tactics are not his choice but something that Roma's style. He started playing 4-3-1-2 recently.

I think he can organize attack pretty good, but defense not so good.If he changed club to some stronger I think he'd do a good job though.

Still, would I bring him here as our next coach eventually?I don't think so.I don't seem to like make things he prefers to do.
