Well, Swag mentioned two scenarios just before this post.
Consentual sex and rape doesn't necessarily have to be a clearcut line. Consentual sex can take a forced direction too. Well, for children there's a thing such as statutory rape anyway. More precisely the question could also be: did you want it at the time? Yeh it's called buyers remorse, we judge a past situation with knowledge we have now, and of course victimizing yourself is a good coping mechanism but this should never be given credence especially if it used as ammo to destroy another persons life.
