Well, Swag mentioned two scenarios just before this post.
Consentual sex and rape doesn't necessarily have to be a clearcut line. Consentual sex can take a forced direction too. Perhaps that is what happened and she was wrongly councelled by her lawyers the last time around. I don't know what happened, but it's definitely not black and white and I definitely don't think it's alright to brand her a whore when there is obviously enough evidence for the Las Vegas PD to reopen their investigation.
She could have agreed to vaginal intercourse, but refused anal sex. If Ronaldo forced her into having anal sex, that would be rape. At least according to Belgian law, but I'd assume American law too.
The problem here however would be that she starts from a much weaker position. If a person has already agreed to sex, it doesn't seem too unlikely that they'd agree to anal sex too.
But, and I think this needs reminding, she is saying she didn't agree to any sex at all.
