Automatic gear VS Manual gear (20 Viewers)

I used to think automatic would be much better but now that I've done a little driving, I'm getting used to changing gears, it's less of a pain.

A manual shift can be a pain in a place like San Francisco, where there's a lot of traffic, miniscule parking, and what parking and driving there is often takes place on a 15% grade incline. Still, it's my preference for the small car that I drive.

(It also comes in handy when renting a car in Europe too, for that matter. )

I find it a nuisance when I'm driving long distance and when I'd like to just go at the same speed all the time, I got to shift quite often if I want to obey the speed limit.

I prefer the manual gear since it allows the driver to have the car in his hands, but still the automatic is much easier..

Manual all the way......automatic sucks.....no real driving feeling. Onley good thing about at.transmission is "kickdown" but thats also a bullshit for lazy drivers.

I've driven tiptronic just one, and I guess because I was not used to it did not impress me that much. Multitronic is the way, so you can switch it to auto when in traffic or just tired.

I refuse to drive a car if it is an automatic, manuals are more fun, and give the driver more control over the vehicle.

I am talking about the real manual too, not some push button gear bullshit.
