Well, we won't play Motta so getting Licht was sweet. I like Pirlo but can we say important? Maybe.

Look it isn't outstanding but for a CL-less team that can't offer crazy wages we have done ok. Not perfect but by no means a nothing upgrade. With a good LW we can do well.

Best one to me seems Vucinic. But I don't know what to expect from him. Iaquinta in his prime would have been better but we seem to be a club where players once good become sucky.

Unless let's say Quagliarella becomes reborn and starts being explosive again. Impossible is nothing?

If we get a CB(Alvez) and a LW(Elia), then we wont have any weak spots on our team, like we had last season(motta, bonucci and Marchisio).

Definetly an upgrade, now we at least have some quality on the team ( Vucinic, Pirlo, Vidal, LW) last year we fielded some of the most dull squad i've ever seen juve field.
Pirlo is the key, IF he can stay healthy and that's a big if we could finish 3rd.

I don't care either way about Marotta and he's had a bit of luck this mercato but 2011 is a real squad with foundations for the future.

Anyway 15m (bon/pepe) + 6m Amauri means we can make a quality mid-season signing aswell i presume.

This year's team is way better, and Pirlo has got to be the best signing, he is going to make a big difference in ball possession.

The real difference will come down to Conte.

Can he get the mentality of the squad right, so that they go out and play with intensity every week, instead of only doing it in big games and switching off and dropping points against lesser sides?
