it really dosnet look that much of a difference (the way it is described), but de ceglie and quag both had seriouse inj last year and was therfor not available to the team. Would be more right to name grosse as lb for 2010/11. i consider ceglie and ziegler a nice upgrade from him

Exactly.

Even last season our squad was good enough for a top 4 finish, but the mentality of the team was the main reason why we finished 7th.

With a far better squad this year and the right mentality, a top 3 finish is very possible.
