I think it depends on how much a UK passport is worth. If it's valued at around 20k then I would say it'd be a slight loss.

But if I get an esophagus surgery for free through the NHS which normally costs another 20k, then a net positive.

I wouldn't worry about making more money than her if I move to the UK. My degree is useless there so I'd have to start from scratch.
