I always wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep. Then I read for an hour or so and if I'm lucky I fall asleep again and complete my 8 hours of sleep but that doesn't happen often.

I cycle about 2 hours a day 3 times a week and play football 2 times a week.

I hit my body pretty hard most days and it asks me for recovery. I have no problem falling asleep but I can't sleep for too long.
