i think that Thurham delebiretly said what he said so that he make the pain of him leaving hurt less!!!! When he was giving this statemant he was probably thinking "They better hate me cause that will give them strenght then love me and be sad that i left cause then they will be in depresion all the time!!"!!

Am i right or am i right!!??

Barcelona defender Lilian Thuram has blasted his former club Juventus for their off-field behaviour which led to his two Serie A title-winning medals being declared void
....

"That is why it is right to give Juve a heavy punishment. It may be painful for the players and fans, but it is right for the good of football[/B]."

Apparently it's not painful for you, given how you have conveniently excused yourself and used that as an opportunity to speak out on things that are now of no consequence to you.

Zambro: bitch slap him, alright?

FFS, I even demanded that Juventus should be punished. It's far more than that.

I find it curious that only the people who were already pissed off at Lilian take his latest remarks offensively.

Yes, they were ill-timed and not really neccesary, but he was just speaking the truth.

Excuse me, what????

If we were being assisted by referees all these years, were any of Ale's goals truly deserved??

Yes, obviously we recognize that they are, as do I, however no one else in the world is going to agree. They will look back on his numbers and say "Oh, but he had the referees behind him"

aha, I see....well, If you see Del Piero being our Captain till he dies, then sure, why not. As long as we have a faithful Captain and a loyal one. Then I wouldn't mind, neither would the rest of Juventuz.com fans...right?
I would. Having a 90 year old man wasting a position on the field while his captain's arm band cuts off circulation to the rest of his body causing a heart attack would not be for the best.

ignorance is blatantly saying what you feel without considering the consequences and reverberations. just because you and thuram feel that what was said was true and correct still doesnt make it the right thing to do. integrity and class are still a factor of judgement when we the fans look at a player and obviously you think thuram is good at exemplifying that. a no class act which had no real need to be even stated yet he did. and you mentioned ale making similar remarks about the matter yet he never explicitly stated that juve should be punished - he stated that cheaters should be punished. in that category lies milan, fiore, etc.. not just juve. do not get bothered by ppl such as myself who are angry about what thuram said because we have the right to be, this is the only place some of us can vent about these matters. by you trying to defend and justify thuram's actions really doesnt benefit any of us.

You're really one to talk about integrity and class, insisting anyone trying to defend Lilian's actions as justifiable is a "Moron."

I think you should have been smart enough not to answer that post.

what does this have to do with me? i'm just stating as a fan that i do not appreciate his comments for what they are worth and the manner they were stated, and i disagree with anyone who believes otherwise. all you're doing is trying to deflect my comments back onto me because you were not offended. you still haven't answered the main purpose of my previous post so why dont you address that instead of trying to take shots at people cuz obviously thats all you have been doing. im not the only person who doesnt agree with thuram's comments.

What the hell? Please read the last 3 pages of this thread. All I originally did was answer peoples arguments, until you came along and insisted that I am "obviously a moron" if I have a different opinion. Who started the personal insults, dear?

And it has to do with everything. How are you one to judge Thuram's character when you yourself act in the same, and in fact much worse, manner?
