As a full back in defencive terms, he lack the total concentration to be a top player....he does have recoverability and a strong athletic physique, which helps the two aging centrehalfs.

But he still is messy when defending and still falls asleep when marking, which really pisses me off.

We only missed him becuase his replacements lacked his physique to cover lilia nd canna.
He also pissed me off sometimes, But he still Deserves credit for some Heroic performances

Do you really think that Thuram enjoied a better season than Canna
At some stages of the season he was next to disaster...
That was because he had to make up for Zebina's mistakes and lack of speed... With Pessotto, Thuram is the best!

dp was average or under average most of the season , but he improved in the last matches
Most of our players had their ups and downs and that includes Zambrotta, Thuram, Buffon... our only consistent players this year r Camo and Canna and maybe we can include Ibrahimovic....

I agree with you that Thuram made an improvment this year after Capello moved him to CB, but it is Cannavaro who makes the real difference...

Even Zlatan wasn't at his best all the season.

Comparing him to his performance in Ajax is not fair knowing the level of the leagues is very much different. Other than that he was superb and most importantly consistant.

Do you like it if somone laughs at your opinion?
Exactly, this a place meant to share views and debate. If you do not agree you can either sit silent or ask why he picked those names with manners.
