"After the reactions of [British prime minister] Boris Johnson, [France president] Emmanuel Macron and [Hungarian prime minister] Viktor Orban, as well as the European Commission, I knew this would end quickly."

Hm, I wonder will this anger any puritan fan? Politics directly involved in football.

Bunch of fucking hypocrites.

And the drama continues.

Ceferin spoke in response to Perez interview yesterday, taken this interview from Marca.
ceferin said just hours ago that he's the least disappointed with laporta

laporta: hold my beer

i love the whole saga, pure entertainment
get rewarded for being bottle jobs :sergio: Typical English mentality that, lets reward failure.
So they should just come out and say it will replace the current system. You are in based on league position.

that's the thing, the English fans believed it was replacing their domestic league all because the brand 'Super League'

Yesterday the same bunch of melts are having a meltdown over the new CL format. Funny I don't see Gary Neville and co coming out to speak about the new CL format. I fucking hate football, calciopoli was hard enough to take in. But the level of hypocrisy that's going on here I really don't think I can take much more of it myself, no wonder its a dying sport.

Probably gonna take some time, but after the initial rage with the English fans calms down, they will be continue to work towards a solution
Those fucking english fans should be back at work, but no. Boris is too busy giving them free money through the furlough scheme till the end of September. Effectively a paid 18 month holiday stretching from last April crippling this economy to do whatever the fuck they want like protesting. That's what Boris and this shitty UK government should be concentrating on, not matters that don't concern him.

Calma Badass. Trust the process. People always fear change; it's the fear of the unknown.

And its especially threatening to English fans who still have the mentality of Barbarians from pre Anno Domini and still believe in tribalism.

Rome wasn't built in a day.

Somewhat surprising we have UEFA fanbois on Tuz.
It really is.

In other words, if UEFA gets paid the sums they want, the ESL will be more than supported, closed, open or whatever format it is. UEFA, the angels and saviours, got shit scared that were left out, so they used all their power to fight hiding behind the flag of "The fans"
And that's all that it is.

[Alex Crook] Some Premier League owners are now understood to be actively encouraging government intervention in the way football ownership is governed

Some top European clubs want UEFA to ban Juventus and Real Madrid from the Champions League for one year. [Gazzetta]

Let me guess who those are: Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona, Inter, Milan, Chelsea, et cetera..

Small clubs earn money thanks to the big clubs. It's the big clubs that interest the public and the small clubs benefit from the broadcast money and transfer fees. If there are no big clubs, who is going to buy their players or who the fuck is going to give a shit about watching freaking Stoke City vs Norwich in India for example?
And for small clubs it's almost impossible to become big clubs, because the game is "rigged" to favour the big ones.

It must be because we're all Juventus fans here, but I never thought there were so many people who actually believe smaller clubs have it easier compared to the bigger clubs. Where the big ones have to deal with all the risks, while the small ones benefit from the big ones.
I must be mistaken, but to me that sounds completely ridiculous.

I also think it's a bit weird that a lot of Juve fans are bitching about the smaller clubs riding our coattails. While, apparently, we'd very much like to ride the richers clubs' coattails ourselves. Shit is confusing these days.

UEFA looks good by spewing propaganda to the average dunce football fan. Impressive :baus:
Shame they're better at it than us.

Ok let me say how I see it:

There are equally big clubs and equally small clubs.

To me no club is bigger than Juve Real or Bayern for example - they are equally big, BUT they dont earn eqaully because of difference in their countries/leagues. EPL figured it out, and theyre bringing in the money. Good for them. But it doesnt make MU or Liverpool bigger clubs than Juve or Real, it just makes them richer.

Thus, no I dont want Juve to "ride the other big clubs", I want Juve to earn as much as the English ones, and not suffer anymore because of its country's archaic toxic environnent.
