I must be misinterpreting this verdict.
Doesn't the ruling explicitly say UEFA is still allowed to determine the rules for all new projects?
They even ruled it's not disallowed for UEFA to determine the rules & organise competitions themselves (which was one of the main complaints of the entire case). The ruling only states there should be more transparency & input from the clubs. Which UEFA can claim they've already been doing (since 2021).
Furthermore, the court ruled that governing bodies such as UEFA or FIFA are important & essentially a good thing.
I'm afraid people who think UEFA were dealt a blow by this verdict are missing the point.
Never mind the fact that, besides Real & Barcelona, there doesn't even seem to be any interest from the clubs anymore.
In short: a superleague is not going to happen any time soon.
