every time I stop playing football or stop working out.. I gain weight incredibly... even if I don't eat too much..

since the last time I was working out, I've successfully gained 16 kg!!! SIXTEEN KG IN TWO MONTHS... can you beleive that...??!!!???
your turnover is really incredable ,, i gained 12 in 2 years after i torn my knee legament

yeah, that's really concerning... my body system must be set to expanding by default..!!!

this is the worst weight turnover that happened to me.. i use to gain weight and lose it after consistant practice.. but never like this before..

listen m'hammad..a mathematical relation(sort of :p)from my life experiences:

"Depression is directly propotional to gaining weight"

maybe cuz of what happened(if you know what i mean) you, certainly, went through this depression phase and you allowed it to take over you,so,instead of trying to get over it by praying and all you started eating alot and ditching your gym classes :)

I do thaii-boxing now.

it's good for burning fat and toning up muscles.
Really!!!!! Great :thumb:

Less girl like boxing (include me :D) but I think Thai boxing can serve you in 2 benefits : good health and good skill to protect yourself from any attack.

Cheer you...:D

I can't for the life of me exercise for the sake of exercise. I'll play football for 3 hours straight, but put me on a treadmill and I'll be bored within 10 minutes. I used to try running around the neighbourhood, but I felt silly running and ending up at the same place, only more tired. If I feel like I'm getting out of shape, I just take a ball to the park or call out same mates for some scrimmage
Just when you think noone would understand along comes a geek who understands what it's all about.. :D:cool:

Ball games, that's my idea of excercise, anything else is boring. :D

I guess I'm the only one that enjoys jogging/running.

At first, sure, it was like, I don't feel like, it's boring, too lazy.

After a while you get to like it. I actually look forward to jogging. Especially as I have a nice scenary (lakes, trees) and lovely cool weather to jog in.

I only like going to the gym when it's empty. For some reason when it's packed, I loose confidence and say, f-it, I'm done, gonna buy me a burger.
