i'm not into full workouts,just a couple of times on weights and the treadmill a week at about 20-30 minutes a week,and it keeps me in good enough shape.

for me the best workout is a full game of footy over the weekend.

I have two football trainings in the week and one game. And three times in the week I do weight training and some cardio. I guess I would be pretty fit according to you guys.

I'm paying 75 quid a month for a gym I don't even use at the moment :D

Combination of long hours at work, a constant cold and exams have kinda put a stop to it in the meantime, which is a shame. I'm considering quitting and just buying some of my own equipment
