I dont think i ever saw a bigger diffrence between good and bad foot then him tbh

At the same time, its kinda sad that football is losing such artist.

sure, he was never winning inter anything, but he was the original qtube. IF he scored, you bet it was a screamer from an impossible corner, making a near 45 degree curl

You cant deny that in 11/12 we played fantastic football. I think width just gives the team so much more going forward. We just look like an average team at times playing this current formation and i hate it because i know we can play much better.
we didn't play 4-3-3 for the entirety of the season though, also back then the team had a point to prove and wern't in europe so motivational wise we were on top of our game pretty much each week

Well, we can't use anything else with the players we have at our disposal, so deal with it.

It's not like we have the luxury of someone like Mata or even Nani on the bench to bring on and change the formation. Guys like Pepe and Giovinco are nowhere near good enough for us to change the formation just to accommodate them and break up the defensive unit.

If i remember right Pepe had a very good season for us in 11/12 as a winger he surprised me he was that good. Gio's best position is on the wing he has pace even bad wingers cause trouble solely because of pace like Walcott. Gio has far more talent than Walcott though and i would like to see it tried at least.

No and No! Pepe and Gio are simply not good enough for us to tamper with the formation. Perhaps try that shit in a league game against a lesser opponent, but in Europe we have to field our best players, and both Pepe and Gio are far from being that.

I looked up last seasons' away record against :inter: , Napoli, Viola, Milan and Roma, 1 win out of 5 and failed to score in 3 of those matches. In Europe, wins against Shakhtar and Celtic. I think we play too conservative when playing away, clubs with most supporters and ambition to be the best usually do better than that.
