He often playes in a midfield 3 in Spurs as the LCM, with more freedom to attack than the other 2. He runs a lot and covers a lot of area, but offcourse he does not win the ball back or provide much of a physical presence. He would be fine in a midfield three, but we might need to reconsider Pjanic as a regista if he comes.
