Probably, but I don't think anyone wants him to be anything other than a backup. He's nowhere near good enough to be starting for us, and barely good enough to be used in rotation.

Spinna and darmian as squad players is fine but if we lose sandro and these two with DS are our full back options then seriously we would have gone from having the best defense in europe to one of the worst going around amongst the big teams.

We dismantled the midfield and weakened it. Operation "Fuck Up The D" is next.

We should aim for better otherwise we'll just struggle in Europe. Both Cristante and Bentancur are still nobodys.

Pjanic is brilliant, Matuidi is a monster and a useful player. Marchisio is not getting any young & looks quite fragile nowadays.

It's just solid but nothing amazing really.
