Should Beppe Marotta be sacked? (11 Viewers)

Should Marotta be sacked?

  • Yes - his signings are an embarrassment to the club

  • No - he just got us to the Scudetto and we should see where that takes us

  • WTF - When did we suddenly inherit aching ladyparts like interisti?

It has to be a complementary relationship and I don't understand why it has to be an either/or thing when it comes to marrotta and conte in this stupid thread. and how do you judge what a 'good purchase' is, by their name? popularity? price? in the end it comes down to the performance and squad fit, which of course conte played a big role in, but marotta too acquired the players that are suitable, that fit. if barza and bonucci leaked 50+ goals plus then, and are now italy's best defense, no doubt it is contributed to conte's work, but would you say marotta was a bad director in acquiring them in the first place? no. so what is the problem? rome wasn't built in a day hell I think we all know that after calciopoli. to get to where we are now, and saying marotta had zero role in it, is simply ludicrous

Marotta had less than zero role in the club's success.

Imaginary numbers come to mind.
