As for Del Piero, I have the feeling that he would light up the Premiership even in his indifferent form. I don't think that Premiership defenses could cope with him. Especially not on a team like Newcastle. The more I think about it, the more selling DP to Newcastle would be perfect. We could maybe get Dyer in exchange...
I don´t consider the forum-User, who want DP out of juve, as juve fans... you have no loyality.. take a look at the big teams, all of them have such a symbol-player:
Milan: maldini, costacurta
Real: Raul
ManU: Giggs
and so on..
we need DP at juve.. even if he is not so good like before, but he is still important...

Pace, strength and an the ability to finish with his head and both feet have helped Shabani Nonda establish himself as one of the most prolific goalscorers in France.
National team
After careful consideration, Nonda chose to represent the country of his father, the Democratic Republic of Congo. He made his debut in a FIFA World Cup qualifier against Djibouti, scoring twice. He missed the first two games of the 2002 African Cup of Nations but scored in his first appearance, a 3-1 defeat of the Ivory Coast.
Club
Nonda began in humble surroundings, playing in a refugee camp in Tanzania. His eye for goal was soon spotted and he was signed up by the country's top club, Young Africans. Nonda had little difficulty settling into European football after joining FC Zürich in 1995. He struck 36 goals in 75 appearances during his two-and-a-half years in Switzerland, including a Swiss best 24 goals in the 1996/97 season.
1998: Nonda's impressive goalscoring feats continued after moving to Stade Rennais FC. He scored 31 goals in 62 games for Rennes and his bullish, powerful style soon saw him billed as 'the new George Weah'.
2000: AS Monaco FC broke the French transfer record to sign Nonda for €20m in July 2000 - and he has not disappointed. In his first two seasons he scored 26 goals in 59 games in a struggling team - as well as three in five UEFA Champions League appearances. Profiting from excellent service from Monaco's wingers in 2002/03, Nonda scored 26 goals in 35 games, winning the French Golden Boot award and taking Monaco to within a point of the title.
2003/04: Sustained a knee injury in an August match against Paris Saint-Germain FC and was initially ruled out for the season. Nonda returned, however, and was on target as Monaco completed their domestic season with a win at FC Girondins de Bordeaux. Also featured in the latter stages of the Champions League, scoring against Chelsea FC in the semi-final but failing to make his mark as FC Porto won the showpiece in Germany.

Nonda who had a serious knee injury in august 2003 and came back in april this year, have only played in periods in Monaco this fall.
Now his looking for a new club.
Juventus should, according to italian press, have offered him a 3 year contract. There are more intrested clubs, Glasgow Rangers, Athletico Madrid and Weder Bremen.
It can also just be "agent talks" since Monaco haven't accepted the terms of a two year contract with Nonda.

and don´t you remember what dp has done all the years for juve??
even this season he has 7 or 8 goals in max 12 games.. Giggs had last year such a long period, in which he did not score... but ManU fans are not like you.. they have more loyality to their players... they just belive in them... I am so sad to see such juve fans.. Del Piero is out captain and our best..
