Our LB options are fucked. Grosso is shit, De Ceglie is shit yet is somehow a tad better than Grosso but has infinitely worse decision making defensively and we can't move Chiellini (who has been piss poor) to LB because we would have no else to cover CB (Bonucci , Sorensen (no Serie A time this season)). Our best options are either playing Vidal as LB or Pepe as LB and using Giaccherini as LW.

Pirlo needs the space in midfield and all of our strikers play better with a partner upfront. Having more than 2 midfielders leaves us too slow and leaves our foward and wingers isolated.

Those f-k-rs will look for the early goal. Need to at least stay even the first half and put their legs to the test 2nd.

I'd play Pepe! on the left, just because he can play/run centrally and Nocerino and VanBommel are pretty slow. Krasic on the right to hopefully get into form.

Have ADP and Vucinic for maximum genius level in first half because i doubt we'll have much attack. Eventually Quag and Matri to come on.

Abate is no threat forward but playing Grosso there could be asking for trouble. And use Vidal as the wildcard.
