How is that even possible? Completely crazy to read that list and think that they are actually footballers, not Mma Fighters. This medical team needs to have a look in the mirror.
no, they need to be fired asap.

We have had enought in tbis 3 years.

This current season has been their masterpiece.

Well to be fair he was going up against Conte's Juve on beast mode momentum, not Spaletti's Roma
True. And his was having Zlatan/Thiago Silva as a players and we have Estigaribia and Giacherini in beast mode as you say.So he is used how to lose titles with better/best players.Hope that this won't happen again. We have Torino/Roma matches .They will show many things. Period when we win matches with scrappy playing and luck are over.Yesterday's defeat conceding 3 goals in 25 minutes are a good example. We will see the potential of this team even with all this injuries in the coming matches. It's not that title is already won whoever thinks otherwise. We will have to sweat a bit for that and our players to show that are worthy to wear Juve badge/shirt.

There is 1 thing in common with each of our defeats this year. Genoa, Inter and Milan all came out of the blocks with super aggressive tactics and they pressed our defence and chased everything down with maximum intensity. Sevilla was also the same but shot themselves in the foot.

The downside to those tactics is that the opposition eventually tire and will not be able to sustain that physical intensity. That is when you need composure in midfield to control the ball or have an outlet going forward to stretch the defence to minimize that threat. If Genoa only scored the one goal in the first half, I think we could have won the game.

I hope we learn from the commonality in these defeats.

Nope, his was having amazing players like Nocerino, Abate, Yepes or Muntari while we had Pirlo, Buffon, Barzagli or Vidal

As a collective, our attackers have been poor and our midfielders have been shit... but our defense was always world class and that made us win despite not being able to make any offensive passing combos. Today our defenders were a crap collective as well and so we leaked a lot of goals and our offense had saw a mountain to climb to even claim a draw.

To me, this is definitely more on Allegri than on Marotta. He always strikes me as a coach who gives the players too much freedom to find their own style as opposed to drill particular movements and passing combos in them (Pep is the extreme case of that ofc). Conte drilled the team on situations on the field and how each is supposed to move.

A midfield of marchisio, Khedira, Pjanic should be doing much better than it is doing right now. Drill those basics in them and then free them up a little once these movements become their second nature.

not denying that he had a better squad. Just saying competing against Conte is a different beast than competing against Spaletti. Conte is an exceptional coach, Spaletti is not. Juve was a top club with a tradition of winning, Roma have a tradition of barely challenging. They never were big and never will be. Losing the scudetto to conte was bad. Losing it to Spaletti would be way more horrific.

And conceded from champions like Amauri at home against Fiorentina which decided the championship.

It's interesting that you named the midfield, let's name the midfield we have now.
Marchisio, Pjanic, Khedira, Hernanes, Lemina, Sturaro, Asamoah

that attack and those WBs tho :tuttosport:

injured? thats the starting XI they fielded in the game vs Fiorentina you mentioned, i dont remember what he status of those players were at the time....

and generally if you look at their team from that season you will notice that most of their star players missed a lot of games:
(stats for 2011/12 season; min - minutes played, GP - games played, GS - games started)

Nocerino 2964 min 35 GP 33 GS
Ibrahimović 2811 min 32 GP 32 GS
Abbiati 2691 min 31 GP 31 GS
Abate 2598 min 29 GP 29 GS
Thiago Silva 2294 min 27 GP 27 GS
van Bommel 2003 min 25 GP 22 GS
Robinho 1766 min 28 GP 21 GS
Emanuelson 1666 min 30 GP 17 GS
Bonera 1471 min 20 GP 17 GS
Antonini 1466 min 20 GP 17 GS
Nesta 1429 min 17 GP 16 GS
Ambrosini 1412 min 22 GP 17 GS
Aquilani 1394 min 23 GP 14 GS
Boateng 1381 min 19 GP 15 GS
Mexès 1182 min 14 GP 13 GS
Seedorf 1157 min 18 GP 14 GS
Muntari 1099 min 13 GP 13 GS
Cassano 1005 min 16 GP 11 GS
Zambrotta 984 min 12 GP 10 GS
Yepes 916 min 11 GP 10 GS
El Shaarawy 786 min 22 GP 6 GS
Amelia 729 min 9 GP 7 GS
Mesbah 674 min 8 GP 7 GS
Pato 536 min 11 GP 7 GS
Taiwo 321 min 4 GP 4 GS
Gattuso 258 min 6 GP 4 GS
De Sciglio 248 min 3 GP 2 GS
López 246 min 8 GP 2 GS
Flamini 97 min 2 GP 0 GS
Inzaghi 62 min 7 GP 0 GS

i bolded out their most known players from that squad. you can see that Inzaghi and Gattuso barely even played, Zambrotta a little more than them but still too insignificant. Seedorf, Ambrosini, Nesta all less than 1500 minutes (which is how much Rugani or Morata played for us last season for example, in the league only). Ibra, Silva and van Bommel were the only "stars" with 2000+ minutes and you got players like Nocerino, Abate, Robinho, Bonera or Antonini getting key minutes that season. seriously, if it wasnt for Ibra and Silva, im not even sure Milan would have qualified for CL that season

Well, our players consist of Grosso,Motta,De Ceglie,Iaquinta,Luca Toni,Pazienza,Krasic,Elia,Giacherini,Estigaribia,Pepe.....,not to mention other "stars".And we came from seventh place before that season with new and at that time not well recognized coach. Also he was absent from the pitch something like 7 months about accusations of allegedly match fixing. Meanwhile our current coach was with that team for a second season after being awarded as a best Serie A coach with Cagliari and winning a title with Milan. So it was him who lose the title but of course we must mention Conte's insane dedication to Juve and working and his Juve DNA, but primary it was Alegri who lost the title rather than we won it like we, at the end won.The first of five .And yes ,we always have Gigi, even in Serie B.

estigarribia :touched:

we've came a long way since conte's first year. still, our injury record makes this otherwise terrific squad look like a bunch of crippled old men.

When he is mentioned I immediately recall his goal at 3-3 away Napoli epic game when we were 3-1 down.
