it is possible that you guys could include storari in the deal for Lichtsteiner as Lazio will need a good keeper. Their main target is Marchetti but there is a possibility of him going to Milan - as a thank you for their conceding Astori to Cagliari - with Amelia going to Roma.
that way you could be able to offer Atletico the cash you saved from the Licht deal and not bother with make-weights ... although players like Sissoko could still be useful in that regard.

also, let's not confuse buying proper players on installment basis with buying players, who shouldn't have been bought in the first place ... if a player is gonna be a bust, do you honestly believe you'd be better off paying one lump sum for them and that would somehow retain their market value?
Do you seriously believe you guys could have gotten Pepe for 7 mil and not 10 or Matri for 12 mil and not 17-18 had you offered a single payment for them?
Paying isntallments allows a management to still have funds to operate on the market should their previous purchases turn out to be a bust - imagine if you had to pay 40 mil now for Pepe, Quag, Matri, Motta and had only 70 to operate with ... how do you think you'd have been able to afford a proper mercato then?
It's a completely different matter, however, that Marotta and co were not very wise when they went after those players last season ... installment plans have nothing to do with failures of that nature.

Ronaldinho signed for Milan when they didn't have CL, so I'm positive that a big name can be brought to Juve, under condition that we do have lots of money as speculated.
And the big name player should be the one bought first. I know it takes time to get one (Milan negotiated the above mentioned Ronaldinho's transfer for like 3 years or so), but we have to speed it up.
Buying a big name, in addition to bringing a guy like Pirlo who despite his age is still respected a lot in the football world, will put us on the map again. Guys like Lass and many others, who now seem to underestimate us and see us as a last resort, might think "hey, these guys are serious", and become much more willing to join us.
