No way we gonna swap Tiago for Saviola. If we do this I will personally go to Turin and kill Secco.

I'm 100% sure that's a BS rumour cuz since Tiago publicly stated that he is unhappy he is been linked with every possible swap deal.

P.S. Why we need Saviola at all, I mean Secco might be dumb but still he is not blind. If he consider that we have enough defenders than why should he think that we don't have enough attackers, plus to pay £4m only for loan is fuckin ridiculous.

Our strike force is more than good enough, it's just the supply that is the issue right now.

Saviola wont add anything to us, in fact, he'll just get benched at juve as well. Trezeguet, Iaquinta and Del Piero are very much the top 3 at the club. In saying that, Palladino has been very useful when Ranieri has played with 3 forwards upfront.

Add Camoranesi, Marchionni, Nedved to the list...just wouldnt make sense.

Drenthe could go to Milan then join us as Davids did:weee:

Tiago must stay and start playing every game...Almiron should be used as bait, not that he would offer us much in the transfer market, but still, some may want him.

Defence and midfield is crucial! If we need an extra forward we have Giovinco.

Juve And Real Begin Saviola - Tiago Swap Talks

Juventus and Real Madrid have begun negotiations for a loan swap involving Javier Saviola and Tiago Mendes.

DiarioSport claims that Juve are keen to bring Saviola to Turin on a six-month loan deal until the end of the season.

Tiago Mendes will be offered in exchange and will also spend six months away from his contracted club.

If either player impresses during their loan move then a permanent transfer will be discussed at the end of the campaign.

Portuguese midfielder Tiago is said to be desperate to move to Madrid, having endured a nightmare spell in Turin since his summer move from French champions Lyon.

The 26-year-old was expected to provide the Juventus midfield with some much-needed power after the loss of Patrick Vieira and Emerson in 2006.

However the ex-Chelsea man has been a complete disaster and boss Claudio Ranieri has made it perfectly clear that he does not fancy the player by regularly picking the likes of Cristiano Zanetti and Antonio Nocerino ahead of him.

Saviola has also found little space in Madrid and is way down in the forward pecking order, behind the likes of Robinho, Raul and Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

However whether he is open to a move to the Bianconeri is unclear. Ranieri’s men already have possibly the best selection of strikers in Italy, with David Trezeguet, Alessandro Del Piero, Vincenzo Iaquinta and Raffaele Palladino all on fire this campaign.

Three things about this stupid transfer:

1- We don`t need striker atm

2- Why would we sign Saviola even if we need one?He also rejected us so i would reject him now.

3- Tinkerman wanted Tiago here and now he wants to sell him after few monts. Is he crazy?

The first reason you mentioned is enough IMO.

Palladino Iaquinta Del Piero Trezeguet isn't worthy to see one of them on the bench just because Ranieri or Secco are interested in Saviola.

great move, now we can play with 5 forwards...they can fold their arms and have a chat whilst waiting for someone to create chances from midfield to them.

Seriously, wtf is with this move?
