Can you give me advice how to navigate and follow a group of people who want to leave Ukraine?
Technical advice will be appreciated. For example: can I follow several groups of people with GPS data only and how? In case of Internet shortage and loss of cellular connection, is there any other possiblity to contact them (I know, stupid question, but still)?

no cellular connection or internet would mean you would have to go for special apps, like these : https://www.geckoandfly.com/22562/chat-without-internet-connection-mesh-network/
There are also pure GPS trackers but im not sure you would be able to communicate with that, it would be strictly working as a tracker.

It's probably not your take but I'm a reasonable centrist remember and reasonable centrists don't condone the Kims and Xis, Assads and Puts of this world, we're also immune to their state-funded propaganda aimed at gullible contrarians in the West.
Ukraine gotta outlast Putin, not by military but in spirit. They have been essential in the USSR collapse and they could be the end of Putin's Empire as well. Putin also has many enemies within because russian oligarchs aren't fond of the Cold War 2 scenario where a country with a tiny economy cannot sustain. According to his swollen cortisol face he looks like he is about to die from stage 16 cancer soon anyway.
