Jojo is a great player - one which I`d love to see playing for us but there are some problems with it:
1. 30M is way too much for a player who has done nothing (yet). Yes he played for Fiorentina and yes he has impressed but he hasnt won anything and he hasnt reached wc level yet. 20M is a reasonable price for his level, club and current achievement.
2. We really need a scorer as we only have Matri in that department and it seems Conte doesnt like him so much... therefore If I had to choose as much as I rate Jovetic and as much as I rather have other strikers than RVP (the impossible ones - Cavani Higuain). I`d take RVP over Jovetic in our current situation as we need a RVP type of player more than a Jovetic (unless Giovinco is to be sold which is unlikely since Conte likes him)

I loved Darren Huckerby. But he had a hairstyle waaay to flash for such a strange looking little fellow, lol. He was very underated though. fast as lightning and a good few tricks up his sleeve. He reminded me of Craig Bellay. A full backs worse nightmare when he was on song. We had some good players under Keegan. Berkovic, Bosvelt, Huckerby and the great Ali Bernarbia.
Most admit always had a soft spot for city since Berkovic days, man that guy could pass a ball.
To bad you got bought, soft spot gone, no offence...

RVP probably ask more than twice the wage of jovetic and I mean here jovetic's probable wage if he join juve, so in the end we still pay close to if not actually more for the total investment for 29 years old forward who just did one season wonder, injury prone and lack of familiarity with italian football over a 22 years old wonderkid who already scores quite well and has the potential to become WC.

that is just unacceptable from managerial standpoint.

jovetic 30m + 5*4m/y wage = 30 + 20 = 50m
rvp 20m + 5*9m/y wage = 20 + 45 = 65m

Moreover, if Jovetic has 3-4 stellar seasons with us, he'd still be in his prime, and have a very high resale value. We could then proceed to milk Madrid/Barca/City/Chelsea/PSG for 50-60 million Euros, and get 2-3 players for the kind of money. Remember what happened with Zidane? ;)

None taken. I hear it every day. I used to find it strange how people like you when you're Sh*t, Poor and no threat but hate you when you are good, Rich and pose a threat. Now though i totaly get it. But as they say, don't hate the player, hate the game... And yes i love Berkovic too but he was a real moaner. He fell out big time with Keegan and couldn't get a game in his last season... Cheers Keegan, lol :(

On topic i confidently predict RVP will either sign for City, United or Juve... Or he will see out his contract with Arsenal. I'm spookily accurate with these predictions (Watch him sign for Barca now lol)

Yeah, I remember going to a game where Cov won 4-3 at home against Keegan's team (surprising amount of goals :D) and Bernabia was playing, Nicky Weaver in goal IIRC. We had David Thompson, Roland Nilsson and The Murdering Sex Pest Lee Hughes.

How times have changed for both clubs

RVP has never won anything in his career neither. :seven:

Ali Benarbia was total class player :p That subpar City team had some interesting figures for sure (kinkladze being most fun, Wanchope craziest). Lol at hearing Huckerby's name again, if a player was ever about nothing but speed hehe.

Ok this is starting to get a bit bizzare now. I'm not really sure what i can say? You scanned My IP and it says i'm in Croatia? i will not call you a liar but i would ask you do it again. I'm in New Moston, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, UK.
Don't worry about it.

As a real moderator I can see you are telling the truth.

People are just paranoid about Alen (King Mirko) because he has made them look stupid in the past.

Where did you see this?
English press.

No reason to believe it.
