In terms of City being a proven winning team... Well are we not? I'm pretty sure i watched in extasy as Aguero scored in extra time to win us the premier league. And while we might not be able to come close to matching The Old Lady in terms of historical success every team has to start somewhere no? So my point stands. City are a proven winning team with a squad capable of competeing for the success RVP believes he will not get at Arsenal. As can both Juve and United. This is all i meant.

Ok that's a faif point. But it was actualy 44 years. My entire life i have grown up knowing nothing but ridicule from Man United fans in my local area. They were the team who won everything, we were the joke that was always relegated... But we are very loyal and we accept the huge luck we have had not only winning the league (although i do think we deserved to as we played the best football all season) but also in being bought by such a rich owner in the first place. As for winning it next year to be called a winning team, I understand what you mean. But City fans aren't greedy mate. We are just happy not to be in relegation fights any more.

If we never win another trophy ever again i will be happy with the memories i now have and just proud to be a blue. that i think is the key difference between us and the Man United plastic fans.

Actualy nige isn't on that much money. He was bought before the take over (i think) and he is paid nowhere near what the highest earners get. We are currently trying to re negotiate a new deal with him. But i am not sure if we can keep him or not. I know he loves it at City and he is valued at the club, He gives us other options tacticly and i would love it if he stayed. He gives Yaya a lot of freedom too.

I loved Darren Huckerby. But he had a hairstyle waaay to flash for such a strange looking little fellow, lol. He was very underated though. fast as lightning and a good few tricks up his sleeve. He reminded me of Craig Bellay. A full backs worse nightmare when he was on song. We had some good players under Keegan. Berkovic, Bosvelt, Huckerby and the great Ali Bernarbia.
