Dybala for Icardi makes no sense because Dybala with Lukaku would be orgasmic for Inter. Higuain stays so he fights with Icardi for a spot. Then again, we had Kean for that second spot and got rid of him so I don't see how any of this benefits us. Dybala for a winger makes sense but whether it's Chiesa or Krasic they'll cost 75M because we've made it clear that we're desperate. Big round of applause.

There are other moving parts here. For instance, Neymar could go to Spain. If he goes to Real, then they might need to sell someone, if he goes to Barca, what happens to Coutinho etc.

As I said before. All we need to do is sell Rugani, Mandzukic and Khedira and sit tight and wait and see. Worst case, the squad is good and financially we would be sitting on a decent plusvulensa for the year even without selling Dybala and Keeping Higuain. Then wait and see what happens. We could afford to be opportunistic as there is no "desperate need" to do anything.

We need to sell atleast six players our squad is of 28 players

In the last three seasons we had a squad of 24 senior players. Right now we have a squad of 28 senior players, so it's an educated guess that at least 4 will leave. One goalkeeper and Pjaca for sure and then other two, without being substituted. One midfielder will leave without a replacement and one attacker (Higuain or Mandzukic).
For every other transfer outside these 4, I'm pretty sure we'll get a replacement.

How we went from 'no one knows what the management is doing because without Marotta nothing is leaking to the press' to some Fabrizio Romanos reporting 5mins after the meetings about the outcome??
