“Before saying anything else, I want to speak,” he started his Press conference.

“Seeing as there has been a trial by media for me and Dybala, he is the striker who has played the most so far this season.

“He is a lad with excellent qualities and will have a great future. Last season he was a leader at Palermo, but cannot have that same role at Juve yet.

“Anyone who is saying that is wrong. We cannot put this amount of responsibility on Dybala’s shoulders. I think that from my time at Milan I’ve done well getting the best out of young players.

“By behaving this way, you’re making it difficult for the player too. He will be the future and is the present of Juventus. If for one or two games the Coach decides to bench him, there’s a reason. I accept criticism, but only if I am attacked for something true. I must be respected, whether you like it or not.

“He was too expensive to not play? That’s your problem. In that case look at Kevin de Bruyne, who cost €80m and doesn’t play at Manchester City.”

Notice he says there is a reason but doesnt mention what it is? Dybala isnt too expensive to be benched, nor is he too young to play (Zaza just 2 years older), but he is simply better then the alternatives and should play instead of be 4th choice...

Guys wtf, look at how Allegri handled Morata. Its the same shit, get off of Allegris back and let him work. He wont be sacked, and I believe he will get the full year to show what he is made of. It is a transitional year and we will work our way back up

He seems very worried about putting pressure on Dybala but the whole situation is putting more and more on him.

Also De Bruyne plays every game for Man City, I think he was maybe a sub in the first one and then the Champions League game against us which was 3 days later.

For a team that struggles for goals to not play your top scorer and arguably our most creative attacker is crazy.

Also it is clear our team lacks an attacker to come short with Zaza, Morata and Mandzukic all wanting to play either directly against the centre back or behind them. Having a striker who comes short and drags defenders forward creating space behind is something we need just now.

He will defend everything a Juventus assiocate will say/do. Even if Nedved killed 29 people
Why are people here like this? I will defend the club's name to the death but not the people who work for it/players. They come and go, Juventus will always remain Juventus.

There's nothing to thumb up here. He's got a reason which is... He doesn't fucking say. It could be a reasonable logical reason or simply silly and made by a narrow minded person. We don't know. Thumbs up? No.

Nah, I'm genuinely curious, what is worth applauding in it? He didn't give a reason for it.
what the reason is is not important. he basically told everyone that its his decision who will play and who not, that Dybala has been playing more than enough till now (which i already said 4-5 days ago), and that he has to be handled carefully. he is not responsible to give out reasons for his decisions to the media and i agree with him completely.

Really? So the reason for putting the most effectively creative attacker in a team that lacks creativity completely, being deemed 4th choice, isnt important?

he basically told everyone that its his decision who will play and who not, that Dybala has been playing more than enough till now (which i already said 4-5 days ago), and that he has to be handled carefully.
Ofcourse he decides who plays, like people dont know who is the coach? Thats whats being questionned, the results are lacking and his decision making is lacking, especially more so when it isnt explained or given reasons for it? And Dybala has played enough indeed, but because of injury crisis to Morata and Mandzu past 2 months. Now everyone is healthy and he is not only benched (all big games except Sevilla game), but he is the last to get subbed in, gets 10 minutes. Why, ask yourself truly, why?

Also, since when is he a fragile doll, he is young and really capable player who is very useful to have in the team. If anything he isnt protecting him from pressure, he is putting more pressure on him by handling this schizophrenically. We lack results and creativity (more so in a predictabe build up 3-5-2) and he gets to play very sporadically, doesnt get to click with the team enough and is expected to perform in brief appearances? While seeing lesser player play ahead of him?

Also most important of all. We DONT have time for kiddie gloves type of slow integration due to our complete failure of a season. More so when who is benching him are DEFENITELY worse and add less to the team. More so because he is a creative forward who build plays, comes deep, and involves others into the action. Thats what we need (again, especially more so in a limited 3-5-2 approach), we seen already in games we do better with him on the pitch. And not when we misusing Morata as SS who dissapears when he so far from the box, and the two other limited oafs who either just wait for service that never comes to the box (because you GUESSED IT, we lack creativity...) or handle the ball like a grenade and ruin most plays.

he is not responsible to give out reasons for his decisions to the media and i agree with him completely.

Ok, he is not responsible to give reasons? Fine.

THEN DONT CRY about getting criticism for said decision you dont want to give any reasons for :)

I'm glad you agree with him, even tho you dont know what you are agreeing with?
