Is he ready for top level football?
Seems rather weak physically and modern football is all about physicality
Depends entirely on our style of football. A possession team favours him greatly. If you want him to win the ball back deep in his half, and protect the CBs then forget it.

he’s improved greatly defensively, probably the biggest leap he’s taken developmentally. He averages 1.5 tackles, and that number was closer to 2 when he was playing holding mid, before moving to a more advanced position. He might be small but there are numerous examples of that not being prohibitive.

Most importantly he's not a headless chicken, he reads and understands the field..I'd rather have that because its harder to teach, the physicality part can develop.

He improved physically over the last years, but that isn’t some miracle given his age. For me it has always been a something to worry about, but I don’t think he’s below level now. At least for the two matches I’ve seen of him this year.

In Spain he probably was with the first team already.

#Juventus are ready to open talks to extend Nicolò #Fagioli’s contract, which expires in 2023. Bianconeri are ready to offer a long-term renewal. #transfers

We all realize Max needs him to help the offense score goals. We done need what Bent did in the MF or he would still be here.

Carnesecchi, Okoli and Fagioli show how well the loan system works.
Zanimacchia is having a great season aswel, too bad that he’s 23 already.

In hand sight I think that it’s very profitable to send player to managers who worked at the club before, Pecchia is doing a amazing job and Zauli before aswel with players he had at U19.

For Fagioli it was a excellent decision as he came from Cremonese and worked with Pecchia before
