It's hilarious to read the comments from the peasants who don't understand what club is trying to do with introducing a new logo.

It's the same as the detractors of other great companies/organizations that realized that establishing a brand is far more visionary and fruitful.

For some of you it may take some time to adjust to the new emblem but irregardless the club should be applauded for realizing, executing a greater strategy for a more sustainable, successful future for Juventus. For those who are adamant and plan to remain so - you're most likely lost cases far before this change ever was conceived so no point in wasting time trying to teach a cow how to read when it only cares about grazing and $#@!ting.

yeh,

we as classic football fans, are not accustomed to this kind of drastic changes.... but if this improves our brand and makes our logo more userfriendly and well known (but less footballistic)...then so be it.

if the marketing teams believes this can make the brand more marketable around the world, then do it.

We will be one of the first team to take this route and i find it at least ineteresting. This way we can market the team in a lot of ways, merchandising mainly. And not only as a football team.

This will not take fans away, what makes fans stay is the sporting results-

People fear change. It's natural.

Dumb, ignorant prevent/oppose change. This applies for across an array of topics and subjects.

Football as we, old farts, knew it is over. Juventus was one of those clubs that still maintained a connection to its tradition.

As a much older good friend of mine says: it's been gourmetized. And it has finally caught up with us.
I'm sorry, was Juventus sold to a billionaire sheikh?? We still have a connection to our tradition by being owned by the Agnelli family for the majority if the shares. Instead of selling like Milan clubs, we are actually producing to make new money. How can people complain about this strategy? This could be the difference between Sturaro and Verratti, between keeping Dybala and selling in 1-2 seasons...

Our logo looks like the one from Evilcorp. That can never be a good thing.

It's pretty hard to tell when half the forum thinks making more money is the only thing that's important in a football career.
Money is the primary factor of all desires - trophies, top players, arenas

You would have to be extremely naive or simple to believe otherwise

The sport itself is a multi-billion $$ industry. To have a club recognize the direction of the wind and the opportunity that comes with it that in a country/league that still doesn't have a sustainable multi channel video programming distributor is innovative, progressive to say the least.

No, it's power. It's always power. Money itself means nothing, when money represents power, it means everything.
