Oh ffs. Juventus is the biggest Italian club, of course they're an easy victim. Who do you think has the word "scandal" surrounding them all the time in Belgium? That's right, Anderlecht. Things like that simply come with being the biggest club.

As for that violation of article 270, don't you think that would have happened if it was Milan as well?

Article 270 (there is also an inteview some pages ago) says that "violations of privacy such as interceptions are to be allowed only in case there is an interest for the society (meaning only in case of suspected crimes) and are to be used only in the procedure they were disposed for". This means that once they are used for the investigation (that was later archived in our case), they can't be used in any other way: not for another investigation and not to be printed.
Milan? Of course we wouldn't have heard anything, can you imagine mediaset going as far as breaking the law to throw mud on Milan? And I'm not saying we should have: the 15th article of the consitution and the 270th of the penal code should be applied to everyone, from Juve and Milan to every Italian citizen.

No. I really don't think so. As Elisa has explained the press centre is in both Milano and Roma. Add to that till few weeks ago Berlusconi was the Primeminister of Italy, Galliani the president of the calcio ..etc What do you think is happening here.. If as you say media in Italy are pro-juve then we should've heard about newspapers and media trashing the ones spreading out these rumors. Atleast they wouldn't have spread it like this.
Have you ever read or heard about any scandals that involve Milan, Inter, Roma or Lazio? besides the bankrupcy issues? Never thought why?

Yes, yes and yes. Like I said Milan did get demoted.

this scandal is scary stuff, to even imagine us in serie B is daunting, weve never been there its unfair on players, coach , staff fans everyone to even think that as a punishment. Being champions of italy and yet relegated to serie B will be the biggest joke, I dont care what they say, if they doubt there own govermental authorities then thats there problem, dont punish a club that apart from milan has been the pride of italy in europe. All I say is there is no proof. If they tapped into moggis conversation then I would think thats against the law and its a crime in itself.

It was a branch of the doping trial, I think it started from there and then had a life of its own. It doesn't change the fact that once the case is archived, they can't be used anymore.
