Oh ffs. Juventus is the biggest Italian club, of course they're an easy victim. Who do you think has the word "scandal" surrounding them all the time in Belgium? That's right, Anderlecht. Things like that simply come with being the biggest club.

As for that violation of article 270, don't you think that would have happened if it was Milan as well?
We are an easy victim also because there is people that make money talking poorly of us.

Article 270 (there is also an inteview some pages ago) says that "violations of privacy such as interceptions are to be allowed only in case there is an interest for the society (meaning only in case of suspected crimes) and are to be used only in the procedure they were disposed for". This means that once they are used for the investigation (that was later archived in our case), they can't be used in any other way: not for another investigation and not to be printed.
Milan? Of course we wouldn't have heard anything, can you imagine mediaset going as far as breaking the law to throw mud on Milan? And I'm not saying we should have: the 15th article of the consitution and the 270th of the penal code should be applied to everyone, from Juve and Milan to every Italian citizen.

So. None of the phone calls can be used as evidence then?

They can be used as an evidence in the case that was archived, thanks to this evidence. But, after that, they can't be used anymore.

But wait a minute. The phone calls were wired for the doping scandal, right? So wouldn't that mean that they can only be used as evidence there?

No. I really don't think so. As Elisa has explained the press centre is in both Milano and Roma. Add to that till few weeks ago Berlusconi was the Primeminister of Italy, Galliani the president of the calcio ..etc What do you think is happening here.. If as you say media in Italy are pro-juve then we should've heard about newspapers and media trashing the ones spreading out these rumors. Atleast they wouldn't have spread it like this.
Have you ever read or heard about any scandals that involve Milan, Inter, Roma or Lazio? besides the bankrupcy issues? Never thought why?

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. :) Nah, a complete newbie would not post in the Nick against the world like that, and be accepted by the "old gang".

True. I think I was that bold as a new member though.
I do believe so, you were pretty "cocky", certainly not afraid to speak your mind for all to read.

this scandal is scary stuff, to even imagine us in serie B is daunting, weve never been there its unfair on players, coach , staff fans everyone to even think that as a punishment. Being champions of italy and yet relegated to serie B will be the biggest joke, I dont care what they say, if they doubt there own govermental authorities then thats there problem, dont punish a club that apart from milan has been the pride of italy in europe. All I say is there is no proof. If they tapped into moggis conversation then I would think thats against the law and its a crime in itself.

Get demoted is a totally different thing. They played so poor they couldn't help themselves. Its totally different.

If you mean yes about scandals against Milan please share with us some of what you have read in the past 5-6 years?

It was a branch of the doping trial, I think it started from there and then had a life of its own. It doesn't change the fact that once the case is archived, they can't be used anymore.

Yeah, but that was a calculated dive, so that they indeed could say, we're not above the law, we got demoted once remember. :howler: Just kidding. Or am I? No seriously, I'm kidding. :D

So that means that any sort of evidence against us should be something different than the phone calls. Which means we shouldn't be looking any deeper into those.

Milan didn't get demoted because they were doing so poorly ;).

Yeah, but in the early '80s, when Berlusconi wasn't already there and Agnelli still there, Fiat wasn't already in a crisis, Turin was still important, football wasn't so mediatic. We were in the first Republic...
It's a whole different Italy.
