Of course he makes it less relevant. It's easy. You elected a Trump. You might elect another one. Allies will run from you and find ways not to depend on you anymore.

And without allies, the US is a whole lot less powerful than China or Russia.

He still can't stop tweeting. Sometimes I have so much trouble believing Trump is an actual person with actual thoughts. How can someone hold such a high office and not be bothered by it in the slightest?
