So you realize you were incorrect about them having no legal right to pursue him in Georgia
that doesn't justify them pulling weapons to stop him. the letter says they can open carry but you start pointing that shit at someone in the middle of the street, shit gets hairy.

regardless, the two rednecks are now in prison meaning what they did wasn't legal.

He attempted to pull the shotgun out of one of the dude's hands. If they have a legal right to pursuit him then they acted in self defense.

They are in jail awaiting trial. That doesn't mean shit.

If the media and activists pushing for conviction really thought the case stood on its own merits then they wouldn't need to lie about almost all of the relevant details
