It might be, but Will Smith has a way of dragging bad stories out of the garbage can with his charisma. Which unfortunately also means that if you don't find him charming then the movie doesn't really offer you anything, so don't see it.

If its worth anything the last review I read said it was better than the last two attempts at turing this book into a movie. Basically people like it because its more psychological than scifi and because of Big Willie.

as for pulp fiction i ahve to agree that it is over-rated but it is still a very enjoyable movie,tarantino's film live and die on teh dialogue and he was at his best here, the soundtrack is a killer as well

I know cats who talk like that. So I guess that's why the dialogue isn't overdone for me.

was dragged into watching it by a date, as i cannot stand will smith the actor. As always his character was plain superficial with no depth i dont understand how people over the age of 14 can watch this guy's movies.

Pulp Fiction and Top Gun have some of the best soundtracks ever.

Not the original Blade Runner, it was so bad that Ridley Scott disowned it only to recut a completely different film in Blade Runner Director's Cut.
