Saw X-Men Apocalypse.. not that great, felt really long, yes it was 2 hours 20 minutes, but just felt so loong..

6.5/10 for me
It was kind of a mess right? Bryan Singer is capable of very good work in his X men stuff in first or second effort, but tends to drop the ball with last ones. Visually and power wise it was a treat (Quicksilver was awesome, Jean was well done), Godlike. But yeah it felt like it went on for ages in different directions at times. I liked it, but not very memorable, yeah 6.5-7 out of 10 makes sense.

Very messy, yes, the scenes with quicksilver saved the movie, and yes Sansa was more Sansa than Jean, except for the last scene showing her phoenix rage,Apocalypse was the worst of them all though, didnt bring any of that villain feel to me, even Magneto was made so weak in this. Bryan Singer probably expected that this was gonna be terrible with that Jean line, " At Least We Can All Agree The Third One Is Always The Worst"

I have high hopes for Suicide Squad and The Nice Guys though.. Wolverine will be R Rated, so we have that to look out for.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid better though. :D
I watched Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid last night. I did like it and I can't really believe it was filmed in 1969 as some of the shots were pure epicness. Soundtrack was also  and it's one of the movies that sticks with you imo. But overall I liked The Sting better.

I need some movies to watch for tonight per favor. :D @Völler
Dreyer's silent movie La passion de Jeanne d'Arc from 1928 about Joan of Arc is a masterpiece. Its way ahead of its time and features one of the best acting performances of all time.
Bresson's Journal d'un curé de campagne from 1951 is another option. The movie follows a country priest with stomachache during a period of doubt about God.
Maybe Drifters from 1929 is more you. It's about the story of Britain's herring fishing industry.

I think Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid has aged a lot better. They are filmed by two of the best cinematographers of all time, but in some ways The Sting just looks terribly dated (I think it's because of the use of transitions), while - as you say - Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid looks great. The Sting is clever with all its twists, but Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is more my kind of movie. Both are good though. :D
