There has been an issue with the windows version of uTorrent and magnet links.

from utorrent forum:

As we know magnet links don't work as good as in previous versions.
To make way around it, just disable/off/untick in: Options/Preferences/UI Settings/ Show a window that displays ...
Now it should start torrent and show the content of it in Files window.

Thankfully I have a macbook pro and the mac version of uTorrent hasnt had any problem with magnets. Hope this helps. uTorrent is one of my fave programs.

I have an iMac. Turns out the reason I couldn't get the magnets working was because I was entering TpB (it's banned in Denmark) via a proxy server.

Found out that if I go under "Add Torrent via URL" then paste this nifty piece of code magnet:?xt=urn:btih: follow by the Hash Info from the torrent it finds it. Much more work than before, but atleast I can keep stealin'

If you use pirate bay they have the blu ray version of Hugo available.

I haven't seen it yet but I'll likely watch it tonight.

lol sorry for assuming you were using windoze. you are obviously a good man since you use a mac.

lol... I don't use the mac for games, that's what my xbox is for. the only games I play on the macbook are Fm12 and a couple other games I get from Steam. The only thing I've ever downloaded via torrent were some old Leisure Suit Larry games.

Haven't seen the other one. But I generally dislike biography movies.

He always gives good peformances but his film choices have been shocking. Donnie Brasco and Heat are awesome though.

Some actors get a little silly in their old age. Sean Connery rejected Gandalf because the shoot was too long and Morpheus because he didn't understand the plot, yet played Alan Quartermain in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen which was terrible.

I don't care what you like and don't like, Donnie Brasco is amazing and is one of Pacino's best movies!!
