been meaning to see it actually, big fan of silents, if you have what did you think?
Entertaining movie, thin on substance though.

the latter, the former is also not bad not my favorite bergman :p
What are your faves then? I'd go with Persona, Wild Strawberries and Winter Light.

Has anyone seen The Man Who Wasn't There ? Watched the trailer earlier, was a bit intrigued.
I liked the atmospheric chiaroscuro lighting.

Did you see it through to the end?

Very much so, I'm actually watching In Bruges right now funnily enough.
no actually i feel sleepy, and not in the mood to watch that kind of movie in the morning
btw i love In Burges :agree: that midget guy :D

Iwo Jima was great, it feels like it is a totally different director from The Flags of Our Fathers.
Letters from Iwo Jima one from a few war movies that i like, saving private ryan, band of brothers and hurt locker is the other

Paused it to post - smartass :D
I don't get it with people watching movies halfway and then continuing it days later. Ruins the whole experience.

You downloaded it? I'm trying to wait for theatre release, but seems like thats not happening for Sweden, annoying.
Unless you catch it in some movie festivals, its unlikely to be released in theaters, as it is considered a low budget movie.

Im not continuing days later - I finished it. Needed a cigarette and I just stopped in to write this when I got back to the movie.

Nothing special for me.
